What are my shipping options?
At this time standard shipping is by USPS Priority 2-3 days. Check out our special offers page to see whether we're running any promotions for free shipping as well.
Will my shipment arrive in a plain box with no labeling?
Yes, our packaging is very discreet -- just a plain brown box with a return label from OceanusNaturals.com.
What's your privacy policy?
We will never sell or otherwise provide any of your information to any other party.
How do I use my coupon?
If you have an online coupon with a code, we'll ask you for it on the payment screen during the checkout process. If your coupon is meant to be used at a local retailer, you can find a list of our retailers here.

You can include special instructions for orders during checkout. In your shopping cart, click Checkout (if you haven't already, sign in or continue as a guest). On the Shipping Method & Instructions page, type your special instructions or comments in the Special Instructions text box. We will receive these instructions along with the order. Click Submit to continue with the checkout process.

Are these products safe?
Purified water, carrageenan and other natural ingredients make our lubricants safe and effective. The Carrageenan™ Personal Lubricant product and the G Stimulating Lubricant product were developed, tested and manufactured following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All product labeling follow cosmetic regulations 21 CFR 701.
All ingredients in these products are approved for use in cosmetic and medical device products. And most ingredients are also GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) which are FDA-approved ingredients safe enough for use in food.
Onkor and Internal Harmony Creams contain ingredients that are approved cosmetic ingredients as well as other natural herbs and vitamins that have been used safely for years.
Oceanus™ finished product testing included the following: Microbial challenge testing (preservation effectiveness), skin irritation testing, latex compatibility testing and cytotoxicity testing. Cytotoxicity is a study that uses human cells in determining whether or not a formula/ingredient does damage to cells. Our formula was found to be non-toxic.
